Meeting with the Henan Provincial Renewable Resources Industry Association

Recently, Li Delun, Secretary-General of the Zhengzhou Polymer Industry Association and General Manager of Zhengzhou Bozhan Exhibition Services Co., Ltd., along with Xing Bin, Director of the Office, visited the Henan Provincial Renewable Resources Industry Association for an exchange meeting. They were warmly received by Shao Jiafu, President of the Henan Provincial Renewable Resources Industry Association, Lou Wei, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General, and Zhao Zhibo, Deputy Secretary-General. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as industry development and resource collaboration.

President Shao Jiafu first introduced the Henan Provincial Renewable Resources Industry Association. Established in 1991, the association is a core social organization dedicated to the renewable resources sector in Henan Province, consistently committed to promoting industry standardization and upgrading, as well as supporting the development of a circular economy. To date, the association has attracted 201 formal member units and over 600 informal members. To better meet the specialized needs of the industry, it has further established a service network covering the entire renewable resources industry chain. This network includes an Expert Committee, a Waste Classification Specialized Committee, and ten other specialized committees focusing on waste textiles, waste paper, waste plastics, waste metals, electronic waste, waste battery recycling, training, solid waste disposal and recycling, among others, providing comprehensive support for the high-quality development of the industry.

Subsequently, General Manager Li Delun introduced the Zhengzhou Polymer Industry Association and the Zhengzhou Plastics Expo. The Zhengzhou Polymer Industry Association is dedicated to promoting the development of the local polymer industry chain, with members spanning enterprises in polymer raw materials, products, machinery and equipment, testing, and trade. The Zhengzhou Plastics Expo focuses on the plastics industry chain and has been held for 15 consecutive sessions, wielding significant influence in the plastics industry. Currently, recycling is a major trend, and the renewable resources industry, as a core component of the circular economy, plays a crucial role in promoting sustainable development throughout processes such as raw material production, processing, and distribution. In light of this, the AllinPlas 2026 16th Zhengzhou Plastics Expo, to be held in March 2026, will specially add a Plastic Recycling and Reclamation Zone. The association looks forward to strengthening communication and cooperation with the Henan Provincial Renewable Resources Industry Association and hopes for their participation in the expo, working together to promote the integration of the plastics and recycling industries and achieve mutual benefits.
