　　Recently, the China Construction Eighth Engineering Division held the launch ceremony of the "100-day Spring Intensive Work" labor competition for the expansion and reconstruction of the intelligent and green factory project of Zhengzhou Taikoo Coca-Cola. Representatives from Zhengzhou Taikoo Coca-Cola Co., Ltd. and other participating construction units, along with over a hundred workers, jointly took part, sounding the "charge" for the spring offensive.

　　As a key project in Henan Province, the new factory of Zhengzhou Taikoo Coca-Cola has a large investment and is planned to be constructed as a modern factory integrating intelligent production, green and low-carbon development, and digital management. This project adopts the world-leading automated filling line and intelligent warehousing system. It is expected that after completion, the annual production capacity will achieve a huge breakthrough and become an important node of Coca-Cola's supply chain in China.

　　At the launch ceremony, Dai Weidong, the project manager of Zhengzhou Taikoo Coca-Cola, stated that the "100-day spring rush" is the golden period for project construction. The Zhengzhou Taikoo Coca-Cola project must abide by the contract, meticulously organize the construction, ensure the construction progress, guarantee quality and safety, demonstrate the style of an "iron army", and achieve a balance between safety and production to successfully complete the set node goals. Strive to build the Zhengzhou Taikoo Coca-Cola project into a benchmark project.

　　According to the environmental impact assessment document released by the High-tech Branch of Zhengzhou Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, Zhengzhou Taikoo Coca-Cola Beverage Co., Ltd. plans to invest 260 million yuan to build an intelligent production line expansion and renovation project with an annual output of 450,000 tons of plastic bottle soda. The specific products produced by this renovation and expansion project include cola, Sprite and Fanta, with product specifications ranging from 0.248L/0.5L/0.68L/2L. Among them, the production scale of cola is 230,000 tons per year; The production scale of Sprite is 150,000 tons per year. Fenda's production scale is 70,000 tons per year. After the project is put into production, the annual production capacity of the entire factory can reach 685,224 tons.

　　In terms of digitalization and intelligence, the new factory in the future will adopt a brand-new upgraded MIS system, which is equivalent to equipping each production line with a pair of "eyes", capable of collecting equipment and process data in real time, measured in seconds, and integrating it into the energy management system, thereby achieving intelligent management of the factory. In addition, world-class fully automated stereoscopic warehouse technology will be adopted, with a throughput capacity of up to 464 pallets per hour, aiming to achieve the operation of intelligent unmanned warehouses. In the field of green environmental protection, the factory will utilize photovoltaic power generation to meet 15% of its electricity demand. This amount of electricity is equivalent to the continuous operation of a production line for a year. As for humanistic care, based on the design concept of actively integrating into local culture and being close to local consumers, Taikoo Coca-Cola is committed to creating the largest, most culturally rich and interesting Coca-Cola museum in Henan Province.

　　In January 2024, the relocation project of COFCO Coca-Cola Shaanxi Company broke ground and is expected to be officially put into production in September this year. It is learned that the total investment of this project amounts to 1 billion yuan. The new factory will further upgrade the digital production line and management tools, and is committed to becoming the supply center of COFCO Coca-Cola's northwest regional supply chain.

　　In May 2024, Guangdong Taikoo Coca-Cola initiated the construction of an intelligent and green production base in the Greater Bay Area. The total investment of this project amounts to 1.25 billion yuan, and it is planned to build 11 new beverage production lines, three-dimensional warehouses and supporting facilities. After completion, the production capacity will increase by approximately 66% compared to the current level.

　　In October 2024, the new packaging glass bottle production line of Yunnan Taikoo Coca-Cola was officially put into operation. The total investment of this production line is approximately 17.741 million yuan, and it can produce glass bottle cola, glass bottle Sprite and glass bottle Fanta.
